Space debris has become such a problem, there is now a Call for International Assistance. See this article in Room for the latest information about a recent conference on this topic. I know it has been mentioned before that space debris could be recycled and could be a project of future Asgardia in space. We should be aware of the seriousness of this problem and how important it is that we could be a part of this solution.
