Currencies contest

Your opinion is very important to determine and analyze the possible system of Solar conversion in open currency markets and its ratio to the main fully convertible currencies chosen by Asgardians for this purpose.

I'm very glad to see how our nation is developing. I am excited to see the followers of Asgard grow and I feel great pride to be known as an Asgardian along with all of you!

Hello fellow Asgardians! If interested please say so.

Sep 19, 01 / Sep 28, 17 15:15 UTC

I greatly value and appreciate the end result of those that take up this field. I don't have the patience for efforts though. The food, air and medicines are greatly needed and appreciated.

I love Nature and growing things! Botany will be very important to a future space colony. Not only to help feed the colony and any livestock we may have, but from the production of oxygen and removal of dangerous carbon dioxide. As well as a psychological/mood enhancer. People need ...

It has been a while since I've posted, but I was one of the first to post in some areas of this site back when it first became a website. I'm glad to be back and I'm hoping that you will look into my previous subject discussions and into ...

If I find your discussions appealing I may vote for you. I am also trying to obtain a higher status in Asgardia and will be working very hard to do so. My goal currently in mind is Trendsetter and Ambassador. I hope to gain higher status as I work ...

Asgardia: the Great beyond

Hello fellow Asgardians, I am Christian M. Sheppard and I have long since dreamed of a future beyond this world. A future of a united people under a united purpose. A people, whos goal is to create, discover, and one day journey throughout the stars. To learn ...

Aboard Asgardia wouldn't it be a good idea to have an artificial breeze amongst certain areas of the ship? Doing this could make certain areas seem more Earth like and in turn feel as if you are outdoors. Cool and warm breeze for different sections and different times.
Sep 11, 02 / Sep 20, 18 04:40 UTC
That's a great idea!
Sep 14, 01 / Sep 23, 17 02:00 UTC

Thanks for sharing this. It will be great for feeling more at home when the Asgardian colony in space is created.

Jun 24, 01 / Jun 13, 17 09:26 UTC
You can do that by having different temps in sections of the ship/colony. This is one of the aspects I like about the colony designs by [G.K. O'nell]( It is a good read.
Jun 24, 01 / Jun 13, 17 09:26 UTC
Within these two subjects, what careers do you deem necessary to the development of Asgardia? Before and after the construction of the space nation? Please be specific in writing out the job titles and descriptions.
Jun 24, 01 / Jun 13, 17 09:26 UTC
It is highly likely that most of the professions / careers for a space nation haven't even been conceived yet. Even with the Earth-bound economy, there has been a vast change in the number of "new" jobs that have emerged in the last decade, which is only likely to accelerate ...
Jun 24, 01 / Jun 13, 17 09:26 UTC
Future Asgardia careers? In my opinion only; individuals with a high aptitude in spatial reasoning is important for Research and Development as well as any kind of operations dealing with futuristic technologies. The scope is boundless where bright minds are needed now and into the future. One only need look ...

A few of us have already been discussing creating a database for the ministries to search for Asgardians with training and experience in specific areas, : We've thought about this to help with current and future projects to help locate those of us, like yourself WoefulZeus, who have many years ...

For those unfamiliar with graphene (not to be mistaken for graphite), it is made from a layer of carbon one-atom thick and is the strongest material in the world, it's completely flexible, and it's more conductive than copper . The applications of this material are quick uploads at one terabit ...

Having a graphene based structure of any Asgardia related structure would be highly positive and useful. Space travel would be much safer with strong walls and frames.

Sep 14, 01 / Sep 23, 17 02:08 UTC

There are currently many places around the world working on different aspects and uses of graphene. It would be great for something like that. Your new limbs would be almost indestructible and heat resistant.

Sep 14, 01 / Sep 23, 17 02:06 UTC

I'm excited about the development as well. Graphene based technologies would be a wonderful asset to the Nation and the world.

If a citizen of Asgardia where to be diagnosed with a clinical psychological disorder that may be potentially lethal to them or anyone else aboard the ship, how should the situation be handled? (This is mainly based on citizens not yet diagnosed after already moving to Asgardia or those born ...

You should understand that there are people with psychological disorders. A large amount of those are depression and anxiety but some have much worse conditions. Psychologists would help keep those unable to cope (such as people now or in the future). You have to understand the wide range of ...

Sep 14, 01 / Sep 23, 17 02:21 UTC

I hope that Asgardians will become enlightened in every way possible, along with understanding people with mental disorders or other afflictions.

Sep 14, 01 / Sep 23, 17 02:19 UTC

Going to a psychologist isn't very taboo anymore. Well, where I am at least it isn't. I'm not sure about other, states, regions, or countries.

How many people on these forums want to pursue a career in botany, in Asgardia?
Sep 14, 01 / Sep 23, 17 02:35 UTC

That's great to hear!

Sep 14, 01 / Sep 23, 17 02:34 UTC

I'm glad to hear that. Asgardia will need people like you.

A rotating wheel or many rotating wheels should make up the space station while spinning on their axis to simulate Earths gravity at 9.807 m/s2. This way, many negative affects of space could be prevented. Keeping the citizens on board healthy and with proper bone density and connectivity, while also ...

>make material heavier and launching to the space those heavy materials means a lot of money. This is an effectively one-time cost that reduces a permanent variable cost in health care. Whatever the particulars, we'll save money in the long term by having a simulated gravity system. The bigger issue ...

It's not about what is new or old, but what works and is efficient. That and copying nature isn't exactly a NEW process.
Jun 24, 01 / Jun 13, 17 09:25 UTC
Oh guys, I read this and all ideas are to old and not usable. We need modern approach for this to work. For example 2 tubes filed with plasma rotating in opposite direction will make magnetic-electric field in the shape of torus and this is enough to have gravity and ...

What are your thoughts on the modification of the human genome? Besides that, what are your thoughts on the genetic modification of any species; Flora, Fauna, and fungi?
Jun 24, 01 / Jun 13, 17 09:25 UTC
I believe the laws in place for it should be that we only allow fully grown adults to be allowed to genetically augment themselves and have it so children and fetuses can be allowed to have genetic diseases taken out that way we don't end up with designer babies

There's a company called biplasiq working on mitochondria that will allow poeple to absorb solar energy to give us energy and increased healing speed without excessively Boosting are matabalism so we can sustain are selves on less calories

As the nation of Asgardia develops, how should the internal biosphere of the nation be composed? The environments oxygen supply should be self sustaining through use of various tree species such as Aspen and Oak trees. A single mature tree can absorb carbon dioxide at a rate of 48 lbs./year ...

The creation of water through water electrolysis, is a method that will work for Asgardia before a proper biosphere is implemented. The hydrogen gas also created through this process may also be very useful for fuel in a power generator (along with the solar panels and possible other methods). I'm ...
